Day Thirty One: Our last country...
We said goodbye to Italy and Markus in the afternoon and made our way to the airport. We flew from Rome to Athens, and then Athens to Fira, Santornini. When we got to Fira, I had thought that we could take the local bus to the hotel, I had picked this hotel for several amazing reasons, which I will explain later, but one was its proximity to the bus stop. Unfortunately, the bus stopped running before we got there. Thankfully there were multiple private buses taking people to their hotels, and we agreed on a price with one of the drivers and he took us to our hotel. I'm not sure why, but when we got to our hotel we forgot to get our suitcase out of the bus. I still can't believe we did that, I mean how do you forget to get your suitcase that you've been dragging around Europe for 30 days. We realized we had forgotten it as we were checking in. The people at the hotel told us they would find the bus we were on, even though we had no idea who drove us since it was a private
