Day Fourteen: Over the border...
Today we said goodbye to Peter and Scotland and headed for England. Tonight we were staying with another of Jen's friends from YWAM, Tim, in Leeds, England. On our way there we stopped at Buttermere a small village that is famous for its icecream. Buttermere is in the Lake District of England, a gorgeous drive over windy narrow roads with beautiful views. Peter took Jen to the airport in the morning to pick up our car rental. When she got back to Peter's apartment, she came in the door and said, "look out the window," when I did I saw a bright blueberry parked outside his apartment. Oh my goodness, that would be our car for the next 4 days, it was ridiculous looking, but what are you going to do. After we finished packing and loading up the blueberry, we got on the road.
